Sometimes, we witness professionals who have worked in a company for long years change jobs in such short amounts of time. This is a big problem for both the company and the employee. The company is at shock that before they even had a chance to get to know them, the employee was dissatisfied and left. The employee, on the other hand, starts to doubt their self. After getting discouraged by the first change of jobs, and not finding what they what at the second new company they start working in either, they may panic and change jobs one more time. And this may completely ruin the impression they had built over their career.
